Stephen Haggard, Business Director

Stephen does our business leadership, partner relationships, and the commercial stuff. Our clients are his priority.

In a career featuring Executive and Board positions at BBC, Mentorn Media (makers of Question Time ) and The Open University, Stephen has defined the opportunities that come with disruptive technology. In these senior roles, he has led large and medium sized organisations through change, growth and the breakthrough to new business.

Since 2005 he has worked as an independent consultant in New Media and Technology. He delivers strategy and execution for Government Ministries, advertising agencies, tech companies, Universities, Charities and media owners. His roles in such positions have ranged from leading technology development projects, to expert strategy and service management. He has a particular interest in data analysis and the use of data to drive business change.

Originally a journalist, starting as an Editor at The Economist Group, and serving also as Editor of Newsnight , Stephen brings credibility, contacts and proven experience to this young company. In addition to his work with Cambridge Personality Research, Stephen is a Senior Associate at Z/Yen Group a Finance research consultancy.

A graduate of Cambridge and London, Stephen now divides his time between both towns. He is a fluent speaker of French and Polish.
